How Will The Youth Council Develop?
It really depends on the young people themselves to determine the shape, structure and future of the Youth Council. The voice of young people is at the heart of the Youth Council's activities and it's hoped that its members may get closer to the issues that affect them and find ways to become truly involved locally and nationally, as it is recognised that a broad coalition can provide a strong collective voice to policy and decision-makers at all levels.
We hope that the young people on Cwmbran Youth Council may develop personal and collective skills and take training opportunities to develop greater potential for working together, developing the Youth Council and enabling the Youth Council to become a vibrant and important Forum and body that can make a difference in Cwmbran and the wider world.
