Directions to car parking for Chocs Away

From the South, M4, Cardiff , Newport and Cwmbran

 

 

1. Follow A4042 dual carriageway to Mac Donalds roundabout and take first junction signposted Pontypool.
2. Carry along dual carriageway to next roundabout (approx half mile) take 2nd junction, right
3. After another 100 metres take 3rd exit right into Pontypool past Tesco garage on left
4. Almost immediately, take 2nd exit to Pontypool town centre. Follow road towards town until you reach traffic lights at a T-junction (Civic Centre on left).
5. Turn left at these traffic lights and go up a short hill past the Civic Centre and into the 2nd set of barriers to the free car park opposite the police station.

 

From North, Abergavenny, Hereford, Monmouth and Heads of the Valley road

 

 

1. Follow A4042 to McDonalds / Harvester roundabout and take 2nd junction right, for Pontypool
2. Carry on from direction 2 above

 

 

From West, Newbridge, Crumlin, Ystrad Mynach

 

1. Follow A472 to Pontypool and take first exit, left, at the roundabout you come to (has three-pronged plinths on it)
2. Carry on from direction 3 above

 

From Blaenavon

1. Pass Tescos on your left and take first exit at the roundabout with a single monument.
2. Carry on from direction 4 above 

 

To Chocs Away from the car park

 

1. Turn right out of car park and go 30 metres down the hill to junction
2. Turn left passing the side of the police ststion and go 50 metres ahead to a small precinct on the right
3. You are there! Chocolate awaits you!
