Spacious open plan lounge with comfortable leather settees, desk, fire and large flat screen colour TV. Patio doors open onto a small private outside seating area; at the other end of the room there is a raised kitchen with breakfast bar.
Telephone and facilities for computers are available.

Kitchen
Full modern cooking facilities including a microwave and American style fridge freezer. There is a utility room off with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedroom
Double or twin beds plus two comfortable fold-up single beds if required. Large walk in wardrobe. En suite with bath and shower and further bathroom with double shower. Prices include all bedding and towels.
Dining In and Out
Breakfast: Continental breakfast is included. Also option to cook your own breakfast with local produce supplied by us. (Please pre-book.)
Full modern facilities for self catering, nearby well stocked local supermarket. Many local restaurants and inns to dine out.
