Saturday & Sunday Morning 8.25am

Saturday and Sunday afternoon 12.55pm

The warm ups will be split into age groups, male/female and divided into four 15 minute sessions

Saturday Morning: warm up 8.25 – 8.40 Boys 8 – 12 years,

8.40 – 8.55 Boys 13 and over

8.55 – 9.10 Girls 8 – 12 years

9.10 – 9.25 Girls 13 and over

Saturday Afternoon: warm up 12.55pm – 1.10pm Girls 8 – 12 years,

1.10pm - 1.25pm Girls 13 and over

1.25pm – 1.40pm Boys 8 – 12 years

1.40pm – 1.55pm Boys 13 and over

Sunday Morning: warm up: 8.25 – 8.40 Girls 8 – 12 years,

8.40 – 8.55 Girls 13 and over

8.55 – 9.10 Boys 8 – 12 years
