Fitness Suite

The Talywain Fitness Suite comprises of a weight training room, which also contains a selection of fitness equipment, a Swedish Sauna and a Sun Shower. There are male and female changing areas and a women only night once a week.

Opening Hours 09:30- 21:00 M-F, 10:30 - 12:30 Sun

 

The Fitness Suite comprises a gymnasium, a Sun Shower and a Sauna.

The primary focus of the Fitness Suite is the weight training and fitness apect.

There is all the equipment necessary for the casual weight trainer to tone up for the sun, for a bit of fitness or for the mass monsters.

At all times the gym is staffed by friendly qualified instructors, who are always available with help and advice.

Personalised fitness programs are available on request and can be organised through the gym manager.

Use of the Swedish Sauna is unlimited and is included in the membership fees.

The sun shower, a Sunquest Eclipse, is extra.

Ladies Night

Instructor Lisa O,Connor(Quals. incl. Nutrition, Aerobics, First Aid, GP Exercise Referrals, Fit Ball etc.)

 

Tuesday Evening from 6pm onwards is designated ladies night, and is available to ladies of any age and ability.

 

All newcomers will be given an induction which will terach them how to use the equipment safely and which equipment will fulfill their particular goals.

 

All weight training equipment is available as is all the fitness equipment and there are of course Instructors on hand to help people of all abilities.

 

Both the sun shower and the Swedish Sauna are available all evening.

At 7pm there is also the option of an aerobics class.

Other Information

Wednesday morning is dedicated to social services until 11am.

There is an initial payment of £3.00 which includes an induction, where new members will be given an introduction to the gym and instructed in best use of equipment, and full use of the facilities for the first day

A rugby club based in Talywain that competes in local league and cup competitons. The club also has a fitness suite and adult learning facilities.
