Nantymoel v Croesyceiliog

27 October 2005

It's all change again for the Cockerels as they look to put an end to their run of defeats in their first ever trip to newly promoted Nantymoel. The pack sees the return of Anthony Axford at hooker, Lee Williams at second row and Jason Lloyd at number 8. "Big Lee's" return means Larry Williams can revert to his more familiar position of blind-side flanker, also enabling Matthew Entwistle to move from blind-side back to inside centre. Prop Justin Smith, second row Richard Gibbins and Larry Williams have all started in every game this season.

In the backs Entwistle replaces the injured Scott Copsey, while Matthew Hiatt makes his second start for the club after recovering from shin splints, replacing the unavailable Will Hamilton.  Gareth Roberts also returns from injury to replace the injured Richard Lewis at full-back. There is no change at half-back and wing Rhodri Davies is now the only back to have started every game.
