Croesyceiliog V Nantymoel

1 April 2006

Croesy will be hoping it is third time lucky as they aim to start a home game for the 3rd time in 8 days. A waterlooged pitch led to postponements last Saturday against Bargoed and on Wednesday against Rhydyfelin. And with continuing showers it is touch and go again for tomorrow. The club are looking at contingencies if the Woodland Road pitch should be unplayable with the school fields and the "cabbage patch" possible options.

This is a vital game for Croesy against a side one place above us in league and who we beat by a point away from home. The Cockerels field a strong side and are confident we can pick up our first double of the season.

The starting line up is: 1. M Watkins; 2. A N Other 3. J Smith; 4. L Williams; 5. R Gibbins; 6. C Williams; 7. B Pike; 8. J Nash; 9. N Powell; 10. C Landry; 11. M Hiatt; 12. M Entwistle (capt.) 13. S Copsey; 14. J Misljen; 15. D Davies; subs from: J Sargent; J Edwards; R Williams; P Douglas-Davies; R Davies.

Players meet at club 12.30.
