Croesy make 5 changes (1 positional) from the team that started against Newport Saracens for this must win game against second from bottom Brynithel. In the pack, Jim Sargent gets a well deserved start in the second row in place of the rested Ritchie Gibbins and Jake Nash comes in on the blind-side for Peter Douglas-Davies who reverts to the bench.

 

In the backs, Ritchie Williams replaces Nathan Powell who has been unable to train this week after a recurrence of an arm injury, David Davies returns to centre and Stuart Fitzgerald moves from centre to the wing in place of Matt Hiatt who is unavailable due to exam commitments.

 

The bench sees the return from injury of Paul Hicks and from Australia of Lee Williams in addition to youth team prop Darryl Thomas who impressed in his first senior outing against Llantwit Fardre.
