Sportsmans Dinner Auction

As previously announced the Croesyceiliog RFC Sportsman's Dinner  takes place at Grrenmeadow Golf Club on 22nd February.  The guest speaker is confirmed as comedian Stan Johns, with a further rugby speaker to be confirmed.  There are still a few seats available at £250 for a table of 10 or £25 per head. Whether or not you are able to attend you still have an opportunity to take part in the grand auction which will be concluded on the night, by e-mailing your bids to colin.wilmott@webster.uk.net| .  The lots are as follows:

Signed rugby shirt of the Gwent Dragons

 

LOT 2

 

 

Mid-week round of Golf for 4 people at the beautiful

 championship course at Hawkstone Park, Shrewsbury.

 

LOT 3

 

 

A signed French World Cup Shirt, signed by a member

of their 2007 World Cup squad.

 

LOT 4

 

 

 

2007 Welsh Team World Cup Jersey, signed by the

entire squad and mounted in a wooden display frame

Very special lot - will be announced shortly - of particular

 interest to rugby followers in this area.

Wales v France at the Millenium Stadium on 15th March

2008. Includes brunch for 4 at the Greenmeadow Golf

& Country Club prior to the game, transport to and from

the game ending with dinner for 4 at the golf club.

Dinner to the value of £25.00 each.

 To take part in the auction, send your e-mail with the LOT NUMBER and the amount of your bid along with your name and telephone number to Colin Wilmott at the e-mail address above.  All bids will be announced on this website.  No further e-mail bids will be accepted after 12 noon on the day of the dinner, 22nd February.  The highest e-mail bid for each lot will be the starting bid at the dinner. We will ring the bidder when the auction is about to take place to enable you to make further bids if you wish.
