Will members please note that the Club is now participating in the Mixed Friendship Cup Matches and will play the other Clubs on a Home and Away basis.

If you would like to play in these matches please enter your names on the appropriate sheets on the notice board next to the office.

The Fixtures and Team Selection is posted on the Web Site under Mixed Matches.


Mens League Alterations

N. Witts has cancelled his team on Wednesday evenings after two weeks. All sheets and internet have been changed to correspond.

New sheets are now available at the Stadium for team information.

Will members please note that because of some teams dropping out the fixture lists on Mondays and Wednesdays have changed.

New sheets are available on the notice boards and the website has been updated.

Membership Fun Evening - Wednesday 19th September 2018

This was a great success with 55 members attending. Thanks to all members and especially those who helped on the evening.

Annual Membership 2018

Annual membership is due before Friday 14th September 2018.

  • Membership - £35 
  • Locker - £3
  • Non-member Lockers - £5

Any membership not paid by this date may result in members paying full entry price at the cash desk for use of the bowls hall.

Please pay one of the bowls hall stewards as soon as possible.

The bowls hall will open for winter hours from 24th September 2018.

2018 / 2019 Winter Leagues

The Tuesday morning leagues will commence on Tuesday 25th September - 10am - 12 noon.

All other leagues will commence from 1st October

Winter Season

The winter season is with us once again.

The committee are entering the same teams as last year unless they have been notified of any withdrawals or additions.

Please note that this year the ladies section will not play on tuesday afternoons but will join with the other teams on a tuesday morning.

If any other teams are interested in joining in any leagues this year please contact Bob Dunbar on 01633 675221

The league days will be as normal:

  • Monday Evenings - 6.30pm - 8.30pm
  • Tuesday Mornings - 10am - 12 noon
  • Wednesday Evenings - 6.30pm - 8.30pm
  • Thursday Evenings - 6.30pm - 8.30pm
  • Friday Mornings - 10.00am - 12 noon

Welsh Triples Semi Final

The above three members are playing in the Welsh Triples Semi Final at Cardiff on Sunday 15th April 2018.

We congratulate them and wish them the best of luck.

Annual Subscriptions 2018

Annual Subscriptions are due on 1st September 2018 for the coming year.

The fees are £35 for the year and £3 if you require a locker.

Non Member Lockers Fees are £5.

Fees must be paid before any league matches are played.

  • Evenings - 3.00pm - 8.30pm

Suffrage -Textiles Exhibition

Textiles celebrating 100 years of women's suffrage. An exhibition focusing on textile art and political expression to mark the Centenary of Women's Suffrage. In the early 20th Century women used skills learned at home to give voice to their political struggle; in aprons, ribbons and banners they visually propelled their call for universal suffrage to a wider audience.
