Volunteers wanted to help in Carriage Driving for the Disabled Group
Meet Monday evenings in Greenmeadow Community Farm, Cwmbran
We rely on volunteers to run this group and it is their time and effort that keeps the sessions going regularly.
Experience with horses or helping disabled people is not needed.
Our disabled drivers need help to prepare for their drive, as well as to assist getting their wheelchairs in and out of the carriage, or just to keep them company while they await their turn.
Perhaps you could help with with fundraising, bookkeeping or administration, or with transporting equipment and horses?
We all like having fun too and enjoy having picnic drives and going on visits to shows and events.
