Cereology Crop Circles

Image of a corn field with a tree on the left in the background taken at nightExplanations offered for the occurrence of crop circles range from rutting hedgehogs or badgers to landing marks left behind by visiting U F Os.

Crop circles are not new. As far back as August 1678 an illustrated pamphlet suggested that a mowing devil was responsible for crop circles in a Hertfordshire oat field. However, a certain Dr. Meadon speculates that the famous cup and ring decorations, ancient mazes and geometric fertility designs favoured by Neolithic artists may have been inspired by early mans sighting of crop circles.

In the film SIGNS the appearance of crop circles heralds the attempted invasion of earth by aliens, culminating in an abortive attempt to take over the earth. It is the link between aliens and crop circles that gives this film credibility.

Image of crop circles taken during the day timeAccording to extensive study Dr. Meadon has proved that crop circles are formed by a spiralling vortex of wind which produces atmospheric electricity. This flattens the crop into a familiar configuration of a circle. This phenomenon has been backed up by eyewitness accounts.

These accounts also reported a high pitched noise and localised static electricity which make the eyewitnesses hair stand on end.

How much more romantic it would be to believe that crop circles are a result of a higher cosmic intelligence sending messages to us !
