Avon Branch Rally 2008
Sunday 14th September 2008.
The Morris Minors Owners Club Avon Branch held it's annual Rally at Triggols farm Nr. Bristol. We attended again this year and arrived at the Triggols farm in good time. Having a replacement engine our Morris showed no problems. 
When we arrived at the farm we were greeted by a sight of an old Austin dressed in it's wedding finest. As I had a quick look around the farm hidden around in different barns stood other Classic and vintage vehicles.

These cars and vehicles are often taken and used on Film sets and used on famous tv programe.
We were shown to our place and set up for a good days
showing. Each row of Vehicles were in a class of their own. Early Morris's then 2dr saloon followed by 4dr saloons then tourers followed by travellers and LCVs. another line was made up of visiting cars like Jags, Fords, Rovers and anything else other than Morri Minors.
Although we didn't win any awards we enjoyed the day chatting to fellow members, showing children around and posing for the camera's. A BBQ was held after the show before heading home.
