A Private Wedding
Saturday 20th. September 2008.
After showing my Morris at Newport High St in June, I was approached by Louise who asked if it would be possible if I would kindly take her to her wedding in September.
Both her father and husband enjoyed the short journey and many on-lookers were pointing at us as we travelled through the Newport streets.
With kind permission from Gwent Police I was able to "dress" the Morris with all it's Police Livery on and travel from Cwmbran to Newport.
Her Father, a retired Police officer from the Newport Police Force, would have seen these types of patrol cars around in his day.
