The Hardy Plant Society
The Hardy Plant Society exists to stimulate interest in growing hardy herbaceous plants.
Fifty years ago a group of gardeners and nurserymen joined together to help conserve older, rarer and more unusual hardy plants, to make them more widely available to gardeners.
Today around 10,000 members worldwide enjoy a wide range of activities for 
the enthusiastic hardy planter.

The Monmouthshire Group meets at Usk 
Agricultural College and includes members from Torfaen.
