Salsa

Image of Julie Wilson and a friend dancing the Salsa

At Tir-y-Nant Me and Sandra Pugh
Thought a really fun thing to do
Was to learn Salsa on a Monday Night
But after 5 weeks we can't seem to get it right

Oh we can swing the hips and move the feet
But after watching the others ours aren't quite so neat
We can move with the rhythm with all the rest
But we got to say our rhythm is not the best

Perhaps it's because confusion has set in
We are both 'old girls' but one of us has to be 'him'
Sandra wore her jeans to give us a clue
But her toolbox was wrong. We still don't know who's who!!!

We are both doing our best to get it right
So at the Barratt dinner dance.our special night
We can show all of you 'salsa' a must
Even if we can only do dancing bust to bust!!!!!
