American Soldier

I am an American Soldier

And I'm good at what I do

But I'm fighting for a president

Who has not got a clue

Each day our numbers dwindle

Our moral is getting low

We won the way

But lost the peace

And got no place to go

Bush sits there in his office

Throwing orders by the score

While our families mourn their loved ones

He sends out even more

Our troops go in

Our dead pile up

It's the ghost of Vietnam

George bush sits in his office

And he don't give a dam
