Rhayader
A friendly small yet quaint town with more than its fair share of pubs.
Excellent camp site in scenic location, good on site showers.
This area is also known for Red Kites and these can be seen as a local bird carer feeds them daily.
Plenty of good inexpensive B & Bs from about £20 p/p/night.
Pub food looks very good and reasonably priced. I had an excellent 16oz rump steak for £9.95, enough said. Although you could eat for a lot less.
