About Yung Tru Movement
Yung Tru Movement was founded In 2004 by artist's Ricashae & Slick L. All Members are from the NP4 area, mainly Sebast (Home of YTM).
YTM started off after Slick asked Rica to do a track after hearing Rica freestyle. So they released their first track back in 2004 called "Girl Your The One". After that YTM started recruiting members at will; they had - Tha Hype Man, Lissy R, Laurakate, Buck Shotz, Xtceaze, Convik, & J.Man.
After realising that members inda clique was getting’ restless and not getting anything done, YTM decided to drop some, which left them with - Ricashae, Slick L, Tha Hype Man, Lissy R & Buck Shotz. The 6 remaining members released their first mixtape on 21/04/07, with a big fanbase behind them YTM are now looking to expand the group and looking for more members!
Working close with some big artists right now. YTM are looking to get some big collaborations on their next mixtape "Streets Aint Ready" which will be released later on this year!
YTM now consists of 4 members, Ricashae, Slick L, Buck Shotz & Lissy R. YTM already have had consistent radio play on ZimSplash FM and have made the press/papers. Only really kicked off this year (2007) YTM have achieved some big goals.
Yung Tru Movement now trading by Yung Tru Movement Ltd and are currently in the process of setting up their website www.yungtrumovement.com.
