Pyramid Power

Pyramids

In the 1930's a French holiday maker Antoine Bovis found that the corpses of small animals that had died inside pyramids had not decomposed.

When he got home, being scientific in nature, he experimented with cardboard pyramids and found that vegetables placed inside them stayed fresh longer than vegetables placed inside non-pyramidal containers.

Karel Drbal, a radio technician from Czechoslovakia picked up the idea and decided to experiment with razor blades instead of vegetables.

He used a model pyramid and discovered that blunt razors became sharp. In 1949 he applied to the patent office in Prague to register his own pyramid as an invention for resharpening razor blades. In 1959 the patent was granted, one of the conditions being that the blade's longitudinal axis must lie in the direction of the earth's magnetic field for the sharpening to occur.

Having thought long and hard about this I wonder why the ever growing beauty business has not picked up on this rejuvenating property. Instead of using mashed up placenta's to extract hormones for use in anti-aging potions, why not patent pyramid bedrooms with the bed lined up on the longitudinal axis of the earth's magnetic field.

Who knows what might happen? We might all wake up looking a few years younger!
