Rachel Rice BB9

Trio Bravo

Trio BravoSexy Lexy Johnson reckons she's got what it takes to be one of our WoS Idols 2004.

The Cwmbran beauty is just one of the entrants for our new contest to find the most gorgeous guys and girls in Wales.

We're looking for smart, sassy and seriously sexy people to take part in our model search and be in with the chance of winning a fun-filled VIP week in nightclub capital Ibiza, thanks to top Swansea nightclub Escape.

And Lexy, 19, was one of the first to send in her details.

She told us: "I should be the WoS Idol because I'm reasonably intelligent, I'm sexy and have a wicked sense of humour and I'm very proud to be Welsh.

"I've been told my green eyes and my mouth are my best features."

Lexy, a beauty therapist, loves horse riding and keeping fit.

But already she's faced with tough competition as stunning Rachel Rice is also fighting for the crown.

Brunette Rachel is 20 and has just completed the second year of her BA Joint Hons Degree in English and Drama at the University of the West of England (Bristol).

Rachel, also from Cwmbran, has a fine modelling pedigree - she was runner-up in this year's Miss Wales Competition.

She said: "Last year I won the WoS readers poll for the Miss Wales competition and was placed second runner-up in the final competition.

"I will be applying again this year so please keep your fingers crossed for me. My mother says that I'm like a bottle of wine and improve every year - then again she is biased! But I was placed fifth in 2002 and second runner-up in 2003 so there's hope for me yet!"

One of our male wannabes hoping to be crowned WoS Idol 2004 is Eran Elliott - and he's a bit of a cheeky chappy.

He's 37, an IT whizz and reckons he's a bit of a cheeky chappy.

He said: "I'm am sure there are a few older female readers who may cast a vote in my direction!"
