The reason for this show
Paul (SWB) and Buck (CURS) have talked for a few years of joining there ideas up of holding a multi period event in Wales.
As nothing like this is held in Wales we saw a opening that we could fill.
Buck rang us in January 07 and said he had approahed Margam Country Park with a idea of holding a show there, they said ok and said we could have the venue on May Bank holiday 5/6/7 May.
Paul has been unwell this year, so i took over, me and Buck started planning.
This gave us 5 months to put a show together as it was Margam Park asked us to keep it to a small scale so that they could see what the general public feedback was like.
We spoke to local groups we new and had great support, we also got in contact with the local MVT group who supported us as well.
As it was so late in the year a lot of groups, sellers and vehicle owners had already booked into other events, but we had a excellent turnout and where surprised with the support we received.
We advertised well and the show was a success.
It was down to the people, groups, sellers and the military vehicle owners who came along and supported us
As you are aware we held the event again in 08 and in 09 it was a great sucess with more groups and more arena events
Well we are now in the process of putting together the 2010 show
Please see the photos below to give you a idea of what we have done in the past and also what the groups look like who attend.
