Ever wondered what your great grandfather did for a living, where he worked and went to school?

Did you realise your great grandmother may have worked as a servant for a select family, or even had a small business and had servants of her own. That they married in the Parish Church and all the family and friends wedding gifts were listed in the local newspaper for the neighbours to Pontypool Hospital Ambulanceenvy? These are some of the interesting facts we may be able to trace for you in your Family History quest.

We hold the largest archive of Family History material for the Eastern Valley of Gwent. With over one million individuals amongst our vast Transcribed Indexes we can quickly search and provide family histories for those that lived and worked in Eastern Gwent.
