Something For The Weekend
Although taking part in pageants might not make you famous it really can be great fun and can lead to offers of work from local media companies - albeit often on an unpaid basis. The thing to remember is that the more experience you get the more at ease you are going to feel behind the camera should the right opportunity come along.
This section provides links to the South Wales Argus' Something For The Weekend articles which are published every Friday and often feature local girls many of whom were entrants in the Miss Wales beauty pageant. They occasionally feature local guys so I'm including these here too.
