Big Brother 11 Launch

The search is on for the new face of Cwmbran. Anyone interested in taking part should visit www.cwmbranshopping.co.uk| to enter online or download an entry form. Forms are also available from the information centre in the Congress Theatre.
Each entry must be accompanied by a clear, full length photo.
The closing date for entries is May 14.
If you don't have a photograph to submit Cwmbran Shopping have arranged for a photographer to take photographs of entrants free of charge on Saturday April 17 between 10am and 4pm, and on Sunday April 18 from 11am to 3pm. Check the Cwmbran Shopping website for more information.

Big Brother 9 Winner Rachel got engaged last Christmas and is now planning her wedding which will take place in 2011. She is currently hunting for that special wedding cake and - as all those who watched Big Brother 9 will already know - she is very fussy when it comes to cakes.
Taste is very important so if you know where they make wedding cakes that taste as good as they look then please get in touch|. Remember it has to be a moist sponge with full flavour.
She is also looking for entertainers for the day/evening.

Big Brother 9 Winner Rachel has been asked to attend the Big Brother 11 Auditions on Saturday 23rd of January in Cardiff. She will be there from early morning. If any of you are around come along and say hi.

Friday 15th of January 2010 sees the final of the Miss Torfaen and Miss Newport heats of the Miss Wales 2010 competition| at the Congress Theatre in Cwmbran. Tickets cost £16 each and a percentage of the ticket sales will be donated to the Joshua Foundation|. Doors open at 7pm.
