Once again S4C is screening Anthem| - the short film that celebrates the Welsh National Anthem - on New Year's Eve at midnight however this time it is being shown with the song lyrics in subtitled Welsh. This means that not only can you see local models performing in the film and hear the new version of the Welsh national anthem but you can also sing along. Don't miss it. :-)

The South Wales Argus are once again launching their 'Christmas Cuties' competition.

 

To enter you need to bring your cutie along to the Congress Theatre, Cwmbran on 30th of October - 4th November 2006. Photographs will be taken between10am and 5 pm. There will be four categories 0 - 9 months, 10 - 18 months, 19 - 36 months and 37 to 60 months.

 

A Christmas Cuties supplement will appear in the South Wales Argus on Saturday 9th of December. People will then be able to vote via phone, text or postal coupon. The cuties with the most votes in their category will win a wide range of prizes.

 

Viewings will take place at the Dolman Theatre on 27th & 28th of October and at the Congress Theatre on 9th & 10th of November between 9.30am  and 5pm.

Spent some time modelling in a Spa this weekend to raise money for charity.

Congratulations Emma on winning the Miss Avon heat of Miss England 2006 competition.

 

Although she did not go on to win the Miss England title she did well to win the Avon heat.

The New Cwmbran Carnival Queen - 24 year old Samantha Rice - has been crowned.

 

Samantha was the Millennium Carnival Queen six years ago and is really pleased to be chosen for a second time.

Catwalk call for mature models

Glamorous grannies and gorgeous granddads are being called to the catwalk on Saturday.

Miss Wales contest organiser Vibe Models is expanding its portfolio of over 40s.

 

The casting will take place on the ground floor Designer Room department of Debenhams in Cardiff's St David's Centre from 11am-3pm.
