Please Help Find Madeleine
I received an email written by Pat Perkins who is a friend of Kate and Gerry McCann asking for help in finding Madeleine aged 3 who was abducted from her bed in Portugal on Thursday 3rd of May 2007.
Although most of the users of this site are not in Portugal - or planning a holiday there - we can still help by making friends and family aware of what has happened to Madeleine.
Someone somewhere must know something about what happened to her or perhaps you have seen someone who looks like her at an airport, ferry, or even while out shopping. Please remember that by now her hair colouring and hair style may have been changed but her eyes are very distinctive so she can be recognised by them.
There is no guarantee that she is even still in Portugal so please if you have any information - no matter how small - get in touch with the authorities. Madeleine, age 3, was abducted from her bed in the family holiday apartment, Praia De Luz, Algarve, Portugal on Thursday, 3rd May.
Police and all of Portugal are trying to find her. The Portuguese people, holiday makers and ex pats have been a great support to the family and continue their efforts.
You, too can help. Please circulate this plea to publicise Madeleine's photo and ask for information, no matter how small to be passed on to the authorities.
Whether you are in the UK, Portugal, Europe or beyond, please forward this information to all your family, friends, colleagues and business associates. Someone out there will have some information that will lead to Maddy's return.
The internet can be a powerful tool in finding Maddy, who is so loved and missed by us all.
