Healthy Eating Group
This group has now started. The first meeting was very successful with 10 patients attending. The guest speaker was from the food standards agency. Next meeting July 2nd 2008 at 2pm. Read more about the healthy eating group.|

Influenza Vaccinations
These are available from October every year and are particularly important to the elderly. These vaccinations are highly recommended for patients over 65, or with respiratory problems, Diabetes, Heart disease, or Stroke related conditions. Please book an appointment form September onwards. Pneumonia Vaccinations
Unlike the influenza vaccination this vaccination is usually only required once, and can be given at any time during the year. If you have already had the pneumococcal (or pneumo) you don't need another dose now. Click the link below for more information.
