Violent Patients
Any patient who is violent or abusive towards any member of the Primary Health Care Team will be removed from the practices’ list.
All incidences shall be reported to the police and the Local Health Board. Written confirmation of the practices’ decision to remove a patient will be sent to the patient, included in this letter will be details on how the patient can access further healthcare treatment.
