Complaints/Queries
If you have any complaints or queries about the practice and the services we provide, please contact the surgery, or put the complaint/query in writing. These should be addressed to the Practice Manager or Senior Partner. Details of the complaints procedure is available upon request.
Suggestions
If you have a suggestion which you feel could improve the service we offer, please contact the surgery or put the suggestion in writing. We can’t promise to be able to take up all suggestions, but we will certainly address the issue you have raised.
