Cymru chiropractic clinic was set up in 2005 by registered chiropractor Dr Trevor Horan. Based in Pontypool town centre, Cymru chiropractic provides Pontypool and the surrounding area with its first ever registered chiropractic clinic. Chiropractor’s specialize in the diagnosis, treatment and overall management of many musculoskeletal (muscle and joint) complaints, with an emphasis on mechanical back pain. An amazing 95% of all back pain is mechanical, so it makes sense to provide a mechanical solution.

Many patients present without any symptoms but just want to ensure good spinal health and optimal function with regular spinal checks – just as you would visit a dentist to check the health of your teeth and gums.

 

All Chiropractors must have completed a 5 year full time degree qualification and must also be registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) who are the regulatory body for the profession. Every chiropractor in the UK must have professional indemnity insurance. Dr Horan is also a member of the British Chiropractic Association (BCA) and European Academy of Chiropractic. Dr Horan also provides medical acupuncture as well as specilising in dispensing custom made prescription orthotics (insoles for your shoes).
