Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a fun, group fitness activity for all ability levels. It’s a fast moving session with music and an exciting alternative to the gym!

Possible Health Benefits are:

  • Resting heart rate lowers
  • Decrease in body fat
  • Stress decreases
  • Self-confidence improves
  • Emotional health improves
  • Faster recovery time

Cost: £30 for 6 weeks or pay and play £6 a session
