Qigong (pronounced ‘Chi Kung’) is a powerful type of health exercise, which has been practiced for centuries in China. It is based on gentle movements that are specifically designed to benefit and balance health. Qigong is easy to learn and enjoyable to do. The regular practice of Qigong has a powerful effect on mind, body and spirit.

Qigong’s gentle moving postures can be done standing or seated and focus on relaxation, flexibility, release and strength.
All classes are led by T’ai-Chi Union Registered Instructor Sue Weston or her assistant Mark James.
