Ysgol Gyfun Gwynllyw

Croeso Prifathro Welcome

Annwyl Rieni Dear Parent,

prifGair o groeso cynnes i bob un ohonoch i We fan Ysgol Gyfun Gwynllyw. Pwrpas y wefan yw eich cyflwyno i’r ysgol hon.

Mae dewis yr ysgol gywir i’ch plentyn yn hollbwysig. Mae rhieni’n awyddus i sicrhau addysg dda i’w plant ond maent hefyd am iddynt fod yn hapus a theimlo’n ddiogel. Yn Ysgol Gyfun Gwynllyw, credwn y gallwn gynnig pob un o’r pethau hyn mewn awyrgylch Cymraeg a Chymreig.

Ysgol Gyfun Gwynllyw yw’r unig ysgol uwchradd cyfrwng Cymraeg yn yr hen sir o Went. Yn yr ardal lle mae’r nifer lleiaf o siaradwyr Cymraeg yng Nghymru, yr ydym yn ymfalchio yn ein llwyddiant ac yn ein gallu i ddatblygu pobl ifanc sy’n hollol ddwy-ieithog cyn iddynt adael yr ysgol. Mewn sefyllfa debyg mae’n rhaid i’r ysgol lwyddo ac mae brwdfrydedd, egni ac ymroddiad y staff yn adlewyrchu’r dymuniad yma i gynnig addysg cyfrwng Cymraeg o’r safon uchaf.

Welcome to Ysgol Gyfun Gwynllyw's web site. This web site is an opportunity to introduce and give relevant details about the school to both present and future parents. Choosing the right school for your child is vitally important. Parents are very sincere in their wish to want a good education for their children but they also want them to be happy and feel safe and secure. At Ysgol Gyfun Gwynllyw, we believe that we can offer all of these things and make it available in an intrinsically Welsh environment. We pride ourselves on the broad, balanced and full education, which is provided in the school and the high standards of teaching and learning are a credit to the hard work of both staff and pupils.
