Standards & Policies
All permanent staff are trained and hold the CACHE level 3 Diploma in Playwork.
The club is registered with care Standards Inspectorate for wales (CSIW) and any complaints about any aspects of the club's service should be made either to the Senior Playworker, the Registered Person, or CSIW, 6th Floor Civic Centre, Pontypool NP4 6YB 01495 766500.
The Club policies may be viewed at any time on request. Club sessions are through the medium of English only.
The Club is also a member of 'For Children' and holds their nationally recognised Quality Mark . The Club is the only one in Torfaen which holds this prestigous quality award.
