Active Learning Parent And Toddler Group
Our Active Learning Parent and Toddler Groups (Cylchoedd Ti a Fi) introduce both parents and children to the Welsh language through songs, creative play and story time.
The activities are designed to give every pre-school child in Wales the opportunity to benefit from a variety of early years experiences that will develop their physical, language and social skills. Each group offers your child the opportunity to become bilingual.
The Cylch Ti a Fi is a brilliant place for parents and childminders to meet in an informal atmosphere and enjoy a chat over a cuppa with other adults.
Active learning experiences through play.
Each week your child will experience:

Craft activity - includes painting, collage, making and creating cards, decorations etc.

Sand/water/pasta etc. play - buckets and spades, pots, containters, seashells etc.

Story time - a Welsh story book will be read each week

Welsh nursery songs - we sing popular Welsh nursery songs and rhymes using actions, to encourage the Welsh language.

Healthy snack and drink - various fruit, toast and fromage frais (varies according to which group you go to) squash or milk available. All included in session fee. (£1.50)

Bikes, trikes and so much more - activities designed to develop motor skills, interactive play, role play. (dressing up clothes ie policeman, nurse, princess etc.)
