SCOPE Skills Development Centre is offering free courses to everyone living or working in Torfaen. The SCOPE Skills Development Centre is one of 32 RISE centres that have now been set-up in Torfaen.
The centre aims to attract people into learning. The centre, on Avondale Road, Cwmbran, is running free taster courses on a range of subjects including introduction to computers, jewellery making, and arts and crafts.
