|Trevethin One Stop Shop is located on Church Avenue in the old Area Housing Office, and offers a  quick and easy helpdesk area where friendly staff can answer all your queries about the Council and its services, from abandoned cars to disabled parking badges.  Instead of popping in to one of our centres you can complete an online enquiry form by clicking on the button.

If your question can't be answered, then staff will put you in touch with the correct department. Interview rooms ensure that your query can be dealt with in private if you would prefer. A cash desk means that you can pay your Rent or Council Tax or even set up a simple direct debit.

  

Opening hours are:

 

8.30 am - 12.30 pm & 1.30 pm - 5.00 pm  Monday to Thursday

 

8.30 am - 12.30 pm & 1.30 pm - 4.30 pm Friday

For anyone who prefers to speak to the Council over the telephone, the new Call Torfaen service aims to answer queries in one easy telephone call. Call Torfaen's number is 01495 762200 and is also the Council's out-of-hours emergency number. Call Torfaen is open from 8.00am - 6.00pm (Monday - Friday).
