Library Membership

 

To join the Torfaen Library Service, simply fill in the form below.  You will then be sent a Library card through the post.  You will then be able to borrow from any Torfaen Library.

 

If you are under the age of 16 you will need to obtain the permission of a parent/guardian who will need to be with you on your visit to the Library.

 

When you visit the Library for the first time, you can request a PIN (Personal Identification Number), which will give you access to ICT equipment and a range of on-line services.

Torfaen Library & Information Services Agreement

• The Library card must be presented each time items are borrowed from the Library
• The Library card is not transferable
• The holder is responsible for all items borrowed
• If the card is lost it MUST be reported immediately
• Any change of name, address or circumstances for the holder must be notified to the Library
