Housing Repair Request
For your convenience the Council has set up the facility to report your repair requests on-line.
To do this you need to scroll down to the list of questions at the end of this section. The questions ask detail about you, the property needing repair and the problem needing to be fixed.
Answering them will assist us to correctly diagnose the solution and will speed up the process. For this reason please give as much detail as you can wherever possible. Don't worry if you don't know the technical term for something, describe it as best you can.
Most importantly, tell us how to get in contact with you so that we can clear anything up if we are not sure what you mean.
