The Future Development Of Cwmbran Town Centre
The Future development of Cwmbran Town centre document has been prepared by a multi-disciplinary team of consultants lead by GVA Grimley on behalf of Torfaen County Borough Council, with the support of the WDA and English Partnerships.
It presents planning policy options for the future development of Cwmbran Town Centre for consultation with the public and other stakeholders. The constitutes the first stage in developing formal proposals for the town centre that will be incorporated into the Torfaen Local development Plan as formal planning policy. The Torfaen Local Development Plan will guide all future development into the County Borough to 2016.
