Reporting Graffiti
Torfaen County Borough Council is responsible for the removal of graffiti from any council owned land or establishment, e.g. road signs, litter bins and bus shelters.
Graffiti will be removed as soon as possible with priority given to offensive or racist material.
Although it is not the responsibility of Torfaen CBC to remove graffiti from private property, we are willing to advise property owners on removal methods and any preventative measures that can be considered to discourage recurrence.
The service is provided for the benefits of residents of Torfaen.
