The partnership represents the Social Care Sector across Torfaen County Borough Council, and brings together a very wide range of organisations from the private, voluntary, statutory and academic sectors.
It is our aim, through regular meetings,workshops, bulletins on our web page and newsletters, to provide you with interesting updates on the progress of the partnerships.
