Who Is The Service For?
Due to funding arrangements Sure Start is only available in some areas of Torfaen.
Our service is for:

All families with a child 0-4 years living in South West Cwmbran, Thornhill, Blaendare, The United Estates Communities First Area and the Garnsychan Strategy Area.

Also families with a child 0-4 years seeking help and support with issues surrounding depression, speech adn language, and behaviour.

Families with a child 0-5 years who have Special Needs.
