Torfaen Sure Start aims to help children 0-4 years and their families have the best opportunities in life.
It provides:

Drop-In

Family Links Nurturing Programme

Early play and learning groups such as Top Tots, PEEPS, Language and Play [LAP]/ Number and Play [NAP] and Social and Emotional Development and Play [SAP].

Health and Wellbeing activities such as Lunch Club, Baby Club, Breastfeeding Support and Sunshine Seekers.

Courses for parents such as Basic Skills, IT etc

Free Crèche facilities.
Due to funding arrangements Sure Start Groups are currently only available in some areas of Torfaen.
