Farmer for a Day

Get the Real Life Farming Experience at Greenmeadow Community Farm!

This is a fantastic opportunity to spend quality time with a member of our livestock team and get more of a 'behind the scenes' feel for the Farm ... perfect for a day with a difference and also makes an ideal gift!  

We run various days suitable for different age groups from age 4 up.   The day begins at 10am and runs until 2pm at a cost of £25 per person. Activities vary depending on the season and what jobs we need to get done! Book early to avoid disappointment!!

2017 dates

We are delighted to confirm that we currently have the following dates available to book on, more to follow for next year!

Saturday 28th October- Farmer for a Day - Suitable for age 8-14 ( Half term)

Sunday 10th December- Junior Farmer for a Day - Suitable for age 4-8

Sunday 17th December- Farmer for a Day - Suitable for age 8-14

Bushcraft Experience Days

Have you got what it takes to survive in the wild...?

These fully supervised, action packed days are filled with fun activities including shelter building, fire lighting, lunch on the campfire and much more....

If you know an 8-14 year old who would love to get their hands dirty, why not book them on to one of our Bushcraft for Kids days or if your family would like to spend some time working as a team in the great outdoors, why not join us on a Bushcraft for the Family day?

Just £40 for children on Bushcraft for Kids days and £30 per person on Bushcraft for the Family.
