A magical time of year at the Farm when our favourite visitor takes up residence in his cosy farm grotto.  Father Christmas will be welcoming school groups & prebooked groups of 10 or more from Monday 27th November - please call for details (01633 647662)

His visiting hours for general visitors are 10am - 4pm on the following days: 

Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd December

Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th December (NB Reindeer here on the 10th also)

Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th December (NB Reindeer here on the 17th also)

Friday 22nd December

Saturday 23rd December - Reindeer also here on this day!

Reindeer at the Farm

We are delighted to welcome back the Lylac Ridge Reindeer on Sundays 10th & 17th & Saturday 23rd 

Tuesday 12th December - Twinkley Twilight Christmas! 

Pop along after school/early evening to see Father Christmas from 4pm - 8pm ...Twilight Animal Nativity, Starlit Tractor Rides & why not enjoy a tasty teatime treat from our cosy Cafe Cwtch? 

Adults do not pay admission (on this evening only). Admission is £4.85 per child (age 2+) + £3 per child to see Father Christmas


Farm closed for deep cleaning and winter maintenance, we will miss you!  We reopen on Thursday 1st February at 10am 


Join us for February Half-term fun & frolics! (Saturday 17th February - Sunday 25th February)


MOTHERING SUNDAY - we don't know about you but we don't know where we'd be without our darling Mums!  As a thank you to Mums everywhere we welcome Mums and Grandmothers to a visit on us on this special day.

Why not try our special Mothering Sunday Trail and learn all about the lovely Mums right here on the Farm?!

SUMMER HOLIDAYS - Loads of fun to be had all day, every day of the summer holidays and keep an eye out for our Wonderful Wednesdays of Summer which will have a different theme each week!



A fantastic Family day out for all.  Our annual craft and horticultural show is a great day to be involved in and you can enter your own exhibits to win cash prizes!  Even if you are not entering anything into the show, it's still a great day to come along and have some good old fashioned fun!  And the best bit?  Half price admission!  What's not to love? 



Baby & Toddler Tuesdays

Every Tuesday from February to November is  Baby & Toddler day - targeted at infants and pre school children with an array of additional exciting activities.  They will recommence on Tuesday 7th February 2017 - please check the Baby & Toddler Tuesday page of this website for updates. Gwent Guild of Weavers, Spinners & Dyers

The object of the Guild is for the preservation & improvement of craftmanship in hand weaving, spinning & dyeing for the benefit of the members and the promotion of public awareness in such craftsmanship. Meetings are held at the Farm on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays from 10am February to December inclusive.  Their events diary for 2017 will be advertised soon!
