Standard prices for up to 4 people start from £450 per week low season to £550 per week high season - short-term lets (min of three nights high season or 2 nights low season) available from £90 to £95 per night. Bookings can be made for a period of up to four weeks and the minimum stay is 2 nights low season and 3 nights high season.
A deposit is required to secure the accommodation with the remaining balance to be paid six weeks prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation all monies paid directly to us will be refunded providing at least six week's notice has been given and the property is re-let.*

Most bookings are from Saturday to Saturday however can be any day of the week (subject to availability) and the usual booking in time is 15.00pm on the day of arrival but this can be negotiated. You will be expected to vacate the bungalow by 10.00am on the morning of departure.
No Hidden Extras
The prices shown includes the provision of bedding, linen, towels and utilities such as electricity and wood/anthracite for the wood burning multfuel stove. We will even make sure there is tea, coffee, milk,and sugar in the bungalow ready for your arrival. We can even arrange to have your shopping waiting for you (subject to local availability). We really do want to make your stay with us as enjoyable and stress free as possible.
We are aware that accidents can happen so as long as you notify us of any breakages we will make arrangements to replace the item(s) as soon as possible. Only significant or deliberate damage to the bungalow and its contents will be charged for.
Pets are not allowed inside the bungalow or in the grounds.
Smoking is not allowed inside the bungalow.
All electrical appliances especially phone chargers, laptops and those using lithium ion batteries must be unpluged when leaving the bungalow.

We strongly recommend that you take out personal travel insurance for all members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate and appropriate for your particular needs. Please read your policy details on receipt and bring them with you on holiday.
* Please note that refunds requested on money paid by credit or debit card via the Cottages Direct must be made directly to them. Refunds requested on payments made directly to us less than 6 weeks before your arrival date will only be made if the dates are rebooked by someone else.
