My flight has been delayed will I miss your chauffeur?
We monitor your flight to ensure that our chauffeur meet you on time either when flights are late or early. (We allow 30 minutes for baggage handling and passport control to minimise parking and waiting time costs).
Is there an extra charge for providing Meet and Greet Service?
The basic charge includes 30 minutes parking, any further parking charge is invoiced separately.
How much notice do you need to book a transfer?
Vehicles are limited so the more notice you can give the better, however, if the vehicle is available we realise that there are unforseen circumstances and will do our best to respond.
