Fair Trading Charter
Our Fair Trading Charter sets out clearly and simply the responsibilities which we at D & A Travel have to you and you in turn have to us when a contract is made between us. The contract is made when you make a booking and we accept it by written confirmation.
On our part we have obligations to provide you with the holiday you have booked. Our specification of that holiday and our terms are clearly stated along with the booking form.
D & A Travel reserve the right to cancel or alter any tour or excursion giving as much notice as possible. All details shown are correct at the time they were published on this website and the Company will not be held responsible for any alterations caused by matters outside our control, or by erroneous information supplied by them. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy. The Company cannot be held responsible for any delay from any cause. Prices are subject to alteration.
Day Tours do not include entrance fees unless otherwise stated.
D&A Travel will not be held responsible for any extra travelling costs incurred by passengers if they do not return to the coach on time. The coach driver will allow 10 minutes after the return time given.
Cancellation by Passengers
Tickets may be cancelled or altered subject to a £1.50 per person charge. All refunds are to be dealt with by the D & A Travel office ONLY. If the passenger ticket is returned to the Company's office up to 48 hours prior to the departure of the tour a refund less £1.50 per person will be given. If 48 hours notice is not given there will be NO REFUND.
If the tour is cancelled by the Company (at least 24 hours notice will be given), then a full refund will be made to all passengers.
Please note that no refunds can be given by agents.
